These roles are part of ongoing industrial expansion in oil & gas, petrochemical plants, refinery maintenance, and construction support services across the Eastern Province.
Industrial manpower demand in Saudi Arabia continues to grow in 2026 due to shutdown projects, maintenance contracts, and new infrastructure developments. Skilled workers such as pipe fitters, welders, scaffolders, painters, and insulation teams are essential for ensuring safe and efficient project execution in high-standard industrial environments.
Main Responsibilities and Operational Duties
Insulation & Fireproofing Team
Insulators and Insulator Foremen are responsible for applying thermal insulation materials to pipelines, vessels, and industrial equipment. Fire Proofing Foremen ensure fire-resistant coatings are properly applied to structural components to meet safety standards.
Painting & Surface Preparation Team
Spray Painters and Brush Painters perform surface preparation, coating, and protective painting work on steel structures, pipes, and industrial equipment to prevent corrosion and environmental damage.
Scaffolding Team
Scaffolding Foremen and Scaffolders (TUV certified) are responsible for erecting and dismantling safe access structures required for construction and maintenance work at elevated industrial sites.
Piping & Welding Team
Piping Foremen, Pipe Fitters, Pipe Fabricators, Plate Welders, and 6G Welders handle fabrication, installation, welding, and alignment of industrial piping systems according to engineering drawings and project specifications.
Helpers
Helpers assist skilled workers in material handling, site preparation, equipment movement, and general industrial support tasks.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Candidates should have relevant industrial experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or construction projects. Welders and scaffolders must hold valid certifications such as TUV (where required). Strong knowledge of industrial safety procedures and technical execution standards is essential.
Applicants must possess valid IQAMA, Muqeem, and complete documentation including Chamber, GOSI, insurance, and AJEER where applicable.
