Jafurah is one of the most important oil and gas development zones in the Kingdom, and long-term industrial projects in this area continue to create strong demand for skilled manpower in 2026.
These roles are essential in oil & gas construction, piping installation, fabrication, scaffolding, electrical supervision, and safety control. Professionals with Aramco approval, future pipes approval, and industrial project experience are highly valued because Jafurah projects require strict safety compliance and technical precision.
Main Responsibilities and Operational Duties
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting industrial construction, piping, electrical, fabrication, and maintenance activities according to project standards and operational requirements. Duties include supervising field operations, coordinating manpower, handling permit-to-work systems, managing piping and fabrication tasks, supporting scaffolding activities, monitoring fire safety during hot work operations, and ensuring all site work complies with industrial safety regulations and project quality standards. Workers are expected to follow company procedures, maintain productivity, and assist in smooth execution of long-term oil & gas operations within the Jafurah project environment.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Candidates should have relevant industrial experience in oil & gas, construction, fabrication, or shutdown projects. Aramco-approved candidates are required for Work Permit Receiver positions, and Future Pipes approval is required for Laminators. Supervisory roles require leadership, coordination, and site management experience. Applicants must hold valid documents including Iqama, Muqeem, Passport, Medical, CR, and Chamber certificate.
